We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Se il vostro ritorno è accettato, vi invieremo un'etichetta di trasporto di ritorno, così come le istruzioni su come e dove inviare il vostro pacchetto. Gli articoli inviati a noi senza prima richiedere un ritorno non saranno accettati.

Danni e problemi
Si prega di controllare il vostro ordine al momento della ricezione e di contattarci immediatamente se l'articolo è difettoso, danneggiato o se si riceve l'articolo sbagliato, in modo che possiamo valutare il problema e farlo bene.

Eccezioni / articoli non restituibili
Alcuni tipi di articoli non possono essere restituiti, come merci deperibili (come cibo, fiori o piante), prodotti personalizzati (come ordini speciali o articoli personalizzati) e prodotti per la cura personale (come i prodotti di bellezza). Inoltre non accettiamo resi per materiali pericolosi, liquidi infiammabili o gas. Si prega di mettersi in contatto se avete domande o dubbi circa il vostro articolo specifico.
Purtroppo, non possiamo accettare resi su articoli in vendita o carte regalo.

Scambi
Il modo più veloce per assicurarsi di ottenere ciò che si desidera è quello di restituire l'elemento che avete, e una volta che il ritorno è accettato, effettuare u acquisto separato per il nuovo elemento.

Unione europea 14 giorni periodo di riflessione
Nonostante quanto sopra, se la merce viene spedita nell'Unione Europea, hai il diritto di annullare o restituire il tuo ordine entro 14 giorni, per qualsiasi motivo e senza una giustificazione. Come sopra, il tuo articolo deve essere nelle stesse condizioni in cui lo hai ricevuto, non indossato o non utilizzato, con tag e nella sua confezione originale. Avrai anche bisogno della ricevuta o della prova di acquisto.

Rimborsi
Ti avviseremo una volta che abbiamo ricevuto e ispezionato il tuo reso e ti faremo sapere se il rimborso è stato approvato o meno. Se approvato, sarai rimborsato automaticamente sul tuo metodo di pagamento originale entro 10 giorni lavorativi. Si prega di ricordare che può richiedere un certo tempo per la vostra banca o società di carte di credito per elaborare e inviare il rimborso troppo.
